Overall cute loft but a lot of stuff in our apartment was broken or soon broke after. They've had to kick in my front door to replace it, the window above my patio doesn't work, and if you shut the hallway bathroom door it locks. Always loud which I understand it's downtown but other tenents extremely loud and normally drunk. Slowest elevator I've ever seen and breaks down sometimes so I carry my baby and i's stuff up 3 stories.

Set up an appointment to look at a unit at 4:00, waited until 4:40 and nobody ever showed up to show us around!!!

Love being so close to the action of Farmers Market and all of the restaurants/bars. The lofts are so pretty with the brick and old character charm. Love living in the heart of Court Ave!

This is such a cool place to live! Great location, with lots of history and character. The staff are awesome, very friendly, and professional. They are always prompt to respond to any requests. I definitly would recommend living here!

I moved in in September 2014. It was my first apartment and I absolutely loved it. My unit was right above Johnnys on the second floor and faced Mickeys. It was loud and that was obviously expected. But the windows were thick and if they were closed all you could hear were muffled sounds. Extremely nice staff. There was never a day that I passed by the Maintance guy and he didn't say hello and ask me how I was. I went six months by using street parking. Finally a spot opened up in back lot. Sometimes the gate would stick but I never had a problem finding a spot. Overall I enjoyed my loft very much. Perfect size for one person and was modern. I love the excitement downtown brought and being able to walk out the front door into the Farmers Market was always nice.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Management is terrible, you need something done for you they tell you a week and it takes a month and a half even longer. They are sloppy and disrespectful they have no idea what they are doing by far the worst apartment management company I have EVER dealt with. THANKFUL to be gone.

Great management everyone is really nice and they get things done right away. I absolutely love it!
